Sariah here back with another blog post, I will be explaining what our task was for the summer learning journey thing. So today our task was to choose our favourite food and on your blog (where I am on right now) tell you bloggers how to make it. I hope you enjoy this blog post!!!!
My Favourite food in the WHOLE WORLD is pancakes because they taste yum and because well for me it is a good start to my day. Pancakes are REALLY yum and I love eating them and also I love sometimes having them.
Here is how to make pancakes!!!!!!
Whisk 1 1/2 cups flour, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda in a medium bowl. Whisk 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk, 4 tablespoons melted butter and 1 egg in a separate bowl; fold into the flour mixture until just combined (it's OK if there are some lumps).

Yum, pancakes are one of my favourite foods as well. However, I make and eat far too many pancakes and end up feeling bloated and far too full. What are your favourite toppings to have on your pancakes? Every member in my family likes different toppings so we always have a table full of choices like strawberries, lemon & sugar, cinnamon, and of course maple syrup. I personally prefer having the traditional maple syrup but with a side of cooked banana and bacon. MmmMmm. I think it might have to be a pancake morning this Saturday.
