In my honest opinion I don't think we should replace Kate because she earned her place by changing the world.She changed the world by making/letting women vote.

I agree, Kate Sheppard had an incredible impact in New Zealand and was very influential, especially for women.
Can you think of another woman that has also made a big impact in New Zealand, and that would also deserve to be printed on one of our bank notes?
