Here is my Poem!!!
L-Lights are as bright as a night light
I-I am having fun
G-Goes slow as an old women
H-Has the time of their life
T-Tiny as a lid of an perfume lid

  1. Hi Sariah,

Leslie here, writing to you from Canada as a member of the Summer Learning Journey team. We have northern lights called the Aurora Borealis, in my country, as the activity write-up mentions. I've seen them just a few times but they are stunningly beautiful. I'd love to see your southern lights!!

Have you even been outside at night and watched them shimmer and shine? I gather that you'd only be able to do so if you were on the South Island. It doesn't sound as though they appear over Auckland because it's too far north.

Do you like to go outside at night? Some people love walking on a beach under the star light.

I like your poem. You did a good job at it. You started each phrase with the right letter and a number of your phrases are related to the lights. That's good.

I'll continue to enjoy reading your blog! And I hope you're enjoying lovely summer holiday!!

    Cheers,

    Leslie
