Week 3-Day 4-Activity 3

Whats up bloggers,

Its been a long time since I've blogged.I'm really sorry for the long wait,but anyways this blog post will be about mental health.Mental health is important aspect,sometimes we can't control our mental health.This issue can be caused by things that have been happening in life.Some people have taken their time to speak up about mental health because they care about this issue. These people care so much about other peoples mental help,so that they can foundation to help with these kind of problems that are happening.

    I enjoyed looking at the poster you made for the ‘Key to Life’. I particularly like the three points you’ve made. We don’t tend to focus on mental health enough when we talk about ‘health’ but it is such an important thing to be having conversations about.

    Next time it would be good to be a bit clearer with your points, as I wasn’t 100% sure what you meant by ‘if you help us with foundations you could save lives’ - does this mean financial support, like people donating? :)

    The things I do to keep mentally healthy (or as some call it ‘self-care’) are exercise (I love to run, box, and dance), meditate, get enough sleep, take breaks when I feel I need to, and surround myself with people who are positive and make me feel good about myself.

    What do you do for your self-care to keep yourself mentally healthy?
