Week 3-Day 4-Activity 2

For this activity it will be about five things my family and I do for our health.

Here is the list of five things we do for our health!

1.Cut down on sweets
2.Have a balanced diet
3.Eat Fruits and Veggies
4.Only eat Sweets as a treat
5.Grow plenty of fruits and veggies in our garden

    me again I hope you are having an awesome morning.

    Tino pai on completing Week 3, Day 4, Activity 2. Thank you for sharing some of the things you and your family do to stay healthy and fit. I like that you have explained each one with heaps of detail and why you do these things.

    Some of the things I do to stay healthy are:
    Exercise, I like to go for runs every morning
    Buy healthy food especially like fruits and veggies (like your familu)
    Look after myself, so I do things like journal, read books and spend time by myself.

    I have been really enjoying reading your blog posts, keep up the hard work and don’t forget to keep commenting on other people's blog posts too :)
