Introduction

A chick is a type of living bird.A chick is a young bird that grows big and  starts to become a big bird.This will explanation how to care for chicks.

Incubator

The incubator  keeps the chicks warm and moist.The incubator makes the chicks hatch fast and the incubator is temperature need to stay at 37.7 degrees at all the time.It is important to not open the incubator because it can cause the chicks to have humidity to drop. Behind the incubator the fan is a plastic container.The humidity  keeps the egg moist.

Brooder

The brooder has chick food so the chicks can eat.In the brooder is has a lamp to keep the chicks warm when they are in the brooder and the brooder has a water bell so the chicks can drink their water. The  brooder has a lid open to open the lid for the chicks. Don’t over fed the chicks.

How to care for the chicks

To care for chicks you will have to change their water, food, and bed.If the chicks is bed is wet you must change their bed before the chicks will get cold and sick. To care for chick you will need to take care for the chicks good and look after them.

Conclusion

Overall it was easy caring for the chicks because all we had to do their water bell and clean their bed.
